Mr. Grimes has thirty years experience as a facility design engineer. He has personally designed over 750 separate construction and environmental projects. He is familiar with design, construction, retrofit and operation of most facility types. He is familiar with the procedures for the procurement of design and construction services. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arizona. Mr. Grimes is a licensed Architect in the state of Texas. Mr. Grimes is also a licensed LPST Corrective Action Project Manager and Asbestos Consultant, Lead Risk Assessor, and Lead Abatement Project Designer. Mr. Grimes is also certified in the use of XRF equipment for the purpose of lead paint analysis.

Mr. Moffitt has over 25 years of experience as an architect specializing in design and construction. He has been involved with project management as the "owner's representative" for individual projects in excess of $27 million and a total project load of more that $280 million. Having completed work in more than 15 states, Mr. Moffitt is very comfortable working with all major building codes as well as many regional and city standards. He is also very familiar with alternative construction delivery methods, project budgeting, cost estimating and integration of project construction schedules to help owners meet critical completion deadlines.

Mr. Heath has 36 years experience in the construction industry. Danny, being raised up in construction, was promoted to job superintendent in 1973, Project Manager and estimator in 1985 and Construction Manager in 1989. He has extensive experience with schools in southwest Texas, all branches of the military including the National Guard Armory as well as mental health hospital projects in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, and Canada.
